PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF DIELECTRIC RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for the production of an electronic part having uniform sheet thickness and, accordingly, exhibiting little scattering of the characteristics and high reliability. SOLUTION: A dielectric raw material is crushed with a wet ball mill by decreasing the rotational speed of the mill below the ordinary rotational speed thereby crushing exclusively coarse particles without unnecessarily decreasing the average particle diameter. The average particle diameter is 0.8-2.5 μm and the content of coarse particles having diameter larger than 3 times the average diameter is <=30 ppm.
