PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of stably obtaining high quality images and preventing contamination inside an image forming device caused by scattering of developer. SOLUTION: In a developing device comprising a developer container for housing non-magnetic one component developer, a developer carrier disposed in the opening part of the developer container so as to be freely rotated, an elastic regulating member brought into contact with the developer carrier via developer, a rotary elastic roller (developer replenishing member) 6 brought into contact with the rotational direction upstream side of the developer carrier with respect to the contact part of the developer carrier of the elastic regulating member, a blowing-out preventing sheet for preventing blowing-out of the developer from the developer container by the elastic roller 6 and an end part sealing member 51 for the leakage of the developer from the developer carrier to the outside of the developer container, the side end face of the end part sealing member 51 inside the developer container opening part is at least brought into contact with the side end face of the elastic roller 6. Thus, melting or scattering of the developer on the developer carrier caused by a developer flocculated lamp generated in a non-contact area between the elastic roller 6 and the developer carrier is prevented. |
