PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To browse advertisement information by a shop unit through which cannot be realized in a conventional shopping site. SOLUTION: On the basis of a retrieval condition received from a terminal, user retrieval information is retrieved for specifying users. For each advertisement information selected by the specified users, the number of users selecting the advertisement information among the specified users is determined, and the advertisement information selected by the specified uses is browsed in the terminal transmitting the retrieval condition in the sequence of the number of selecting users among the specified users.
