<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium capable of recording data in a high density with the excellent C/N (carrier to noise ratio) of a reproduced signal. <P>SOLUTION: This optical recording medium is for recording and/or reproducing signals by irradiating a recording layer with light.
