PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor with a reverse preventing structure which prevents the backflow of refrigerant gas into a refrigerating cycle caused by the reverse of the compressor immediately after the operation of the compressor stops, and has high reliability without causing the lack of lubrication in a compression mechanism part due to the shortage of a refrigerator oil, and also provide a refrigerating cycle device. SOLUTION: The compressor comprises a first vane provided in a first cylinder and partitioning the first cylinder into a high pressure chamber and a low pressure chamber, and a second vane provided in a second cylinder and partitioning the second cylinder into a high pressure chamber and a low pressure chamber, and is configured so that the first vane is provided with a spring pushed against a first rolling piston and the second vane is not provided with a spring pushed against a second rolling piston.
