<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a wireless mobile communication system for transferring MBMS (Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) data, an access gateway, a wireless base station and a mobile wireless communication method to transmit the MBMS data from the wireless base stations at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes the access gateway 1, the plurality of wireless base stations 2, and the wireless mobile station 3. When the MBMS data are transferred from the access gateway 1 to the plurality of wireless base stations 2, the access gateway 1 copies the MBMS data in a number corresponding to the number of the plurality of wireless base stations, and calculates the time of transmission of the data to the wireless mobile station 3 while taking transmission delay times etc., between the access gateway 1 and wireless base stations 2 into consideration, and a header processing unit 17 generates and sets transmission time information indicative of the transmission time in a header, so that the data with the added header are sent out from a transmission line interface function unit 12 to the plurality of wireless base stations 2.
