PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide components of a building for accommodating a heat storage type cooling and heating structure employing a water vessel. SOLUTION: Components 1 made of aluminum are disposed in the spaces defined by floor joists 52, respectively, which constitute a floor structure of a house or the like. The components 1 also constitute a part of the floor structure of the building. A water vessel 60 is disposed to each of the components 1, and a subflooring plate 2 filled with water is placed thereover. A heating means such as electric heater EH or the like, or a cooling means such as a chilled water passage (not shown) or the like is located in the vessel 60 in order to heat or cool the water. Thus, the interior of a room is cooled/heated through the floor by heat (plus or minus heat) which has been stored in the water through the floor 2. |
