The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bone fixing screw. The method for manufacturing a bone fixing screw comprises: a first step of interlocking a round bar-shaped material with a main chuck, and forming a first guide groove in the center of the material; a second step of forming a screw part fastened to a bone on the outer side of the material, and forming at least one tapping groove on the screw part; a third step of forming a flat blocking plane to a predetermined length on the rear end of the screw part, and forming a body part implanted in the bone by removing the blocking plane; a fourth step of forming a head part which presses the bone on the rear end of the body part, and forming a fixing part extended from the rear end of the head part; a fifth step of interlocking the outer side of the fixing part with an auxiliary chuck, and cutting the material between the main chuck and the auxiliary chuck to form a separated semi-product; a sixth step of forming a tool groove from the fixing part to the head part, and forming a second guide groove which communicates with the first guide groove form the fixing part to the body part; and a seventh step of converting the tool groove into a square groove, and cutting the fixing part of the semi-product separated from the auxiliary chuck to complete the bone fixing screw. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce man-hours and enhance productivity by discharging a cutting chip in a shape of a semi-circular ring by the blocking plane, and can prevent defects by preventing the screw from leaning downwards during processing by the fixing part. |
