Flap arrangement on the insertion contact bushing opening in the compartment wall of a high-voltage switching cell

A flap arrangement is described for the insertion contact bushing opening in the compartment wall of a high-voltage (high-tension) switching cell. This flap arrangement is constructed in the manner of a cylindrical pot which is divided approximately in half. The pot halves have control cams on the base, with a sliding track which descends towards the pot centre. The respective insertion contact engages on this sliding track and controls the opening of the flap arrangement.
