The invention has, as departure point, an arrangement for supplying pressure medium to a plurality of fluid motors connected in series, in particular for motor vehicles, having a pressure-medium pump and having a steering servo-valve which is constantly located in the pump delivery flow and in the case of which at least one further fluid motor can be switched into the delivery flow of the pressure-medium pump. The known system has the disadvantage that the pump is coordinated with the sum of the maximum pressure pick-up of the fluid motors. In contrast, the arrangement according to the invention proposes to arrange the further fluid motor (12, 13, 14) between the pressure-medium pump (1) and the steering servo-valve (3) and to short-circuit it by a pressure line (20) which is through-connected in the normal manner. Use is also made of valve means (2) which can be switched by an electronic monitoring means and, when actuated, interrupt the pressure line (20). In this arrangement, brief overloading states of the pressure-medium pump (1) arise, but, owing to the short operating time of the further fluid motor (12, 13, 14), these are totally permissible. Owing to the use of a small pressure-medium pump (1), already present in the vehicle, for supplying the steering servo-valve (3), the arrangement is particularly cost-effective. <IMAGE>
