PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sampling and preserving a sample appliable to various samples. SOLUTION: This device for sampling and preserving a sample from a product has a container with an opened end, and a sampling unit. The sampling unit has a cap adapted so as to close the opened end of the container, a handle extending backward from the cap, and a coring scoop extending forward from the cap and having a size set so as to fit inside the container with the container is closed by the cap. The coring scoop has a pair of separated side wall parts and a connecting wall part having a curvature center. The side wall parts are integrally connected by the curved connecting wall part. A continuous from face is formed by the side wall parts and the connecting wall part, and it has a straight first portion and a bent second portion. |
