PURPOSE:To form an image faithful to a manuscript by adding a fluorescent brightener absorbing ultraviolet rays to convert the same to visible light and emitting said visible light to a dye receiving substance reacting with a dye or a dye precursor to develop a color. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent brightener reflecting light having a different wavelength to incident light is mixed with a developer component being a dye receiving substance to prepare a developer composition and the differentiation between the whiteness of an image formed part and that of a non-image part is eliminated by said composition. That is, since the fluorescent brightener has function absorbing light having a wavelength of 400 nm (nanometer) within an ultraviolet region and reflecting light having a wavelength of 400 nm or more, it has function replenishing the light within a region incapable of being reflected by the developer. By replenishing the characteristic of the developer composition not perfectly reflecting light of 400-500 nm with the fluorescent brightener, the surface of the developer composition not looking white is made white. By this method, even a light color can be certainly expressed and an image faithful to a manuscript can be formed. |
