PURPOSE:To suppress the waving of the surface of a piezoelectric substrate and to simplify a process for removing bed powder when a piezoelectric device is produced. CONSTITUTION:When calcined starting material for piezoelectric ceramic is formed into a green sheet and this green sheet is blanked to a prescribed shape and fired to produce a piezoelectric device, the green sheet is coated with fine powder of the same material as the calcined starting material and the excess fine powder is removed with an air jet before blanking. |
