PURPOSE: A cylindrical screen device of a nut coke is provided which prevents a nut coke screen mat of blast furnace from clogging and controls weighing speed of the nut coke. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: (i) a screen hammering part comprising many rubber hammers(4) being able to hammer ore placed between a cylindrical screen(10), a hammer driving gear(2) driving the rubber hammer(4) to rotate, a hammer fixing axis(3) fixing the hammer driving gear and axial bearings(1, 1a); (ii) a multifunction screen part(200) comprising a variable resistance motor(5) driving the cylindrical screen, an axis(7) transmitting rotating force to the cylindrical screen, X bars(11, 11a) penetrating through the axis and the screen to connect and fix them, a nut coke guiding plate driving gear(9) being in gear with the hammer driving gear to rotate, angle control hydraulic cylinders(18a, 18b) controlling the angle of the cylindrical screen and a fine coke collecting cover(12) covering the cylindrical screen; and (iii) a nut coke weighing control part comprising a controller(10) of the variable resistance motor(5) automatically controlling the screen part and an angle controller of the hydraulic cylinder(120). |
