CONSTITUTION:A light shielding plate 21 is rotated once around a sun gear 9 together with a connecting plate 11 when the original platen 2 is driven by a cycle, and the output of an original platen sensor 22 is changed in accordance with the rotation. A controller detects the states where the original platen 2 reaches the scan starting position B2, the original platen 2 reaches a scan completing position B3, and a large-diameter planetary gear 10b reaches a start position, respectively. At this time, the controller sets the revolving speed of a main motor high at the same time when it is turned on, and the original platen sensor 22 detects the fact that the large-diameter planetary gear 10b reaches a zero-point as the start position. Then, the copying action is started and simultaneously returned to normal speed. |
