PURPOSE:To synchronize voice signals and radio frame synchronizing signals between base stations by only one cable (two wires) and to improve the efficiency of the operation and the construction of a system by multiplexing voice coded signals and the radio frame synchronizing signals between the base stations and mutually connecting signal wires. CONSTITUTION:Multiplex circuits 18A and 18B superimpose the coded signals sent from time division switching parts 15A and 15B on multiplexed signals and transmit them to the base station 10B on a reception side. At the base station 10B on the voice reception side, the bit pattern of the sent multiplexed signals is detected, the frames of a prescribed part are synchronized based on the bit pattern and the radio frame synchronizing signals are generated corresponding to prescribed bit information. Also, the audio encoded signals of the prescribed part for three channels are taken out by utilizing synchronizing signals to be transmitted to the time division switch 15B, also the synchronizing signals sent from a transmission side are sent to a crystal resonator 11B and a timing generation part 12B and respective timings are matched.
