Building opening forming-core production method

Sectors (21,22) appropriate to the required core section should be parted from their extruded fibre-concrete strand and coiled round a female form (11) of clear width defined by the product core form, and the end overlap of the strand bonded or stapled onto the remaining coil. The form should then be up-ended and removed from the coil which is then left to harden in-situ. The coil can come in single or multiple section depending on the product requirement. The forming core can be built up from a profiled concrete strand, the coil overlaps closed flush onto the remaining part of the coil. The forming core should be profiled round the inside and hardens on a flat supporting surface once the form (11) has been removed.
