An energy storage device has a power storage spring provided between an elevator slide and a step-change slide. On the face of the step-change slide (9) facing the drive shaft, are two rollers (12,13), which run in a rotatable link (14), where the link has inner- and outer shapes which during the first part of the movement of the step-change slide (9), initially carries the first roller (12) tightly into the link, and the second roller is freely moveable. A second part of each movement of the step-change slide (9) the freely movable second roller (13) is tightly carried, and the first roller (12) is freely movable, and during a third part of the movement, the first roller (12) is carried tightly and the second roller (13) is freely movable. |
