A menu provision apparatus and a method for helping to the health maintenance of a user are provided to output recommend menu suitable for a user based on body information and output a user menu. An input unit(110) inputs personal information from a user and generates the menu diary output button if the menu diary output button is selected by user. One among various function buttons at the outputted various interface is selected in an output unit(130). The input unit supplies the control signal according to that and the input unit provides to a controller. A database(140) comprises user data, menu data and menu diary data. |
