PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor and forceps with the pressure sensor.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 20A comprises a first electrode 15, a pressure sensitive member 16 covering the periphery of the first electrode 15, a second electrode 21 formed on the surface of the pressure sensitive member 16, a first lead wire 22 connected to the first electrode 15, and a second lead wire 23 connected to the second electrode 21. The surface of the pressure sensitive member 16 is covered with an anisotropic conductive cloth 10 in which a plurality of conductive yarns 12 arranged linearly and parallely away from each other are woven. The anisotropic conductive cloth 10 covers at least a part of the surface of the pressure sensitive member 16 so that the plurality of conductive yarns 12 are arranged in a direction crossing an extension direction of the first electrode 15. The plurality of conductive yarns 12 constitute the second electrode 21. When the pressure sensor 20A is fixed to a ridge part of forceps, the forceps with the pressure sensitive sensor can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
