摘要 The present invention provides a method for optimizing the allocation of component types, with which, when automatic feeder devices (9), which perform automatic loading of component storage tapes (85, 86), and manual feeder devices (7), which do not perform automatic loading, are arranged at arrangement positions (first to ninth slots SL1 to SL9) on a common palette (5), a plurality of component types are optimally allocated to the automatic feeder devices and the manual feeder devices, the method comprising: a workability evaluation step (S4) for evaluating, for each component type (PA, PB, PC), the amount of labor required for splicing work to reload and connect a new component storage tape in a manual feeder device; and automatic-side allocation steps (S5, S6) for preferentially allocating, to the automatic feeder devices, component types requiring greater amounts of labor for the splicing work. In this way, the amount of splicing work can be decreased by effectively utilizing the automatic feeder devices, contributing to an increase in substrate production efficiency.
