PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce even a large-sized/thick-walled ceramics product having a complicated shape in good yield within a short time. SOLUTION: A slurry containing a ceramics raw material powder, a binder, a dispersant and curdlan and made alkalie so as to became pH9 or more to contain curdlan in a dissolved state is subjected to pressure cast molding and baked to obtain a ceramics product such as a chamber. By this constitution, ceramics particles are flocculated by curdlan in a dissolved state and moisture is rapidly absorbed into a mold from deposited matter at a time of deposition and a deposition speed becomes high. Therefore, molding efficiency is enhanced. Since the slurry high in deposition speed is subjected to pressure molding, productivity is still more enhanced. |
