PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal transfer such as the unevenness or the omission of transfer in the case of transferring one latent image to different recording sheets by two transfer means. CONSTITUTION:The distribution ratio of the transfer current of a 1st image information transfer means which is positioned on the uppermost-stream side in a recording medium carrying direction on the carrying path for a recording medium among plural image information transfer means is calculated by a calculation means, and the transfer current of the 1st image information transfer means is decided by a transfer current control means based on the previously set transfer rate of the 1st image information transfer means, for example, 50% transfer rate, and the distribution ratio of the transfer current calculated by the calculation means. |
