These derivatives are used in medicine. They display an express stimulating effect on the central nervous system. They share the formula:<IMAGE>,where R1 stands for phenyl, 4-chlorphenyl, 4-bromphenyl, R2-hydrogen, low alkyl, while Ar - 4-chlorphenyl, 4-bromphenyl, 2- thienyl, 2-naphtyl. The method for extracting these derivatives relies on the condensation of 2- or 2,3-double displaced tetrahydrooxazines with paraformaldehyde and, respectively, replaced acetophenons.
