<p>PURPOSE:To improve a retrieval of the position completing a video recorded program so as capable of accurately retrieving and to enhance the operability by eliminating the intricate operation with a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:An input/output means 11 reading/writing an information against a storage medium 10 arranged in a cassette tape 1, a tape position detecting means 8 detecting the tape winding position, and a tape transfer means 9 fast- feeding or rewinding the tape 2, are provided. When the recording is completed, the information of tape position at the time point when the recording is completed is written into the storage medium 10 arranged in the cassette 1, by the input/output means 11. When the next recording is started, the tape 2 is transferred by the tape transfer means 9 and tape position detecting means 8 so that the winding position of tape 2 comes up to the position where the recording is completed, based on the tape position information at the time of completion of recording, which is stored in the storage medium 10, then after that, the recording is executed.</p> |
