The invention relates to an optical fluid flowmeter, preferably for measuring of rain, which may perform reproducible measurements under low power consumption. The invention benefits of that it is sufficient to use modulated light for obtaining optical drop registering. When using modulated light, a sufficient envelope corresponding to the effect of the drop flow of the optical path is achieved. |
