PURPOSE:To unitarily a prepared written proposal, to automatize appropriation and the estimation of existing data, and to support an input, the editing and estimation of a document and a chart, and the printing of the written proposal. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a written proposal data base 7 for retaining an existing written proposal, a written proposal data base index file 8 for retrieving its data base, and also, an article number master file 10 containing an article number, a price, etc., required for preparing an estimate, and a written proposal format definition file for printing a customer submitting written proposal, etc., as a master data base 9. A data base retrieving part 1 retrieves the written proposal data base 7 and displays it as a table. In a document input/editing part 2 and a graphic input/editing part 3, an input and a correction of a document and a graphic of the written proposal data base 7 are executed. An estimate preparing part 4 calculates automatically the amount of money by inputting the article number and the quantity. The written proposal to be submitted to a customer is printed out by a written proposal output part 5. Also, the updating of the master data base 9 is executed by a master maintenance part 6. |
