PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition excellent in transparency, heat sealability, and impact resistance. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a syndiotactic propylene polymer comprising 90-100 mol% propylene units (a), 0-10 mol% ethylene units (b), and 0-9.5 mol% 4-20Cα-olefin units (c) and having a limiting viscosity [η] of 0.5-10 dl/g, (B) anα-olefin polymer containing 5-100 mol% units of at least one member selected from among 2-20Cα-olefins and having a Young's modulus of elasticity of 150 MPa or below, and (C) an isotactic propylene polymer comprising 90-100 mol% propylene units (a), 0-9.5 mol% 4-20Cα-olefin units and having a limiting viscosity [η] of 0.5-6 dl/g, and wherein the ratio of component A to component C is 99/1 to 1/99 by weight, and the ratio of the total of components A and C to component B is 10/10 to 10/90 by weight.
