PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static fluid mixing device which is enhanced in efficiency of mixing/dispersion, which can be easily coped with increase/decrease of the total of divided components, whose length is not made unnecessarily long and whose size is not made unnecessarily large, in which the degree of freedom in decision of divided number can be increased, in which the degree of mixing/ dispersion can be adjusted correspondingly to various fluids, which is enhanced in safety by dispensing with a housing and which can be cleaned without being disassembled. SOLUTION: A laminated structure 6 is constituted of a center plate 4 and side plates 5. Through-holes 7, 7a... are communicated with an inlet or outlet 8 through communication flow paths 9 constituted of the first mixing chamber group 13 consisting of the first plural mixing chambers 12 and the second mixing chamber group 17 consisting of the second plural mixing chambers 16. Sealing bodies 20 are disposed between the plates 4 and 5 and fixing clips 21 are fit to the structure 6. A fluid flow path structure 2 is constituted by elastically arranging the plates 5 with the both sides of the plate 4 by the clips 21. The structure 2 is fixed by pinching by fluid joints 3.
