A medical juice extractor is provided to supply warm medical juice to a user whenever the user wants by keeping medical juice extracted after boiling water and medical material for a long time warm. A medical juice extractor comprises a juice container(110), a heating unit(120), a discharge valve(130), a switch(140), and a control unit(150). The juice container stores medical material and water and has an outlet. The heating unit heats the juice container. The discharge valve is connected with the outlet of the juice container, and is opened and closed by the operation of a user. The switch turns on and off power. The control unit controls the heating unit to heat the juice container at the programmed temperature during set time when the switch is turned on after filling the juice container with medical material and water. The control unit controls the heating unit to keep the temperature inside the juice container at the programmed temperature. The control unit stops the heating unit when the water level in the juice container lowers under a set value.
