The process includes providing a solution comprising polybutyl titanate dissolved in heptane:ethyl alcohol, providing an acrylate copolymer consisting of units of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, methacrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, adding the solution to the acrylate copolymer to obtain a mixture, and adding fentanyl as an active ingredient to the mixture to obtain the adhesive matrix. |
