<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating device which is inexpensive and high in reliability from a view point of long term and an anaerobic water treating apparatus equipped with the same. SOLUTION: This pressure regulating device is provided with a first tank 31 which is communicated with the interior of a pressure vessel, a second tank 32 which is communicated with the part to which gas is released and a connecting means 33 which connects the first tank 31 with the second tank 32. When the pressure in a pressure vessel 11 is within a predetermined range, the liquid seal of the pressure vessel and the part to which the gas is released is performed by the liquid introduced into the first tank 31, the second tank 32 and the connecting means 33. When the pressure in the pressure vesselll exceeds the predetermined range, the liquid seal is released by forcibly feeding the liquid in the first tank 31 into the second tank 32 through the connecting means 33 and, when the pressure in the pressure vessel falls below the predetermined range, the liquid seal is released by forcibly feeding the liquid in the second tank 32 into the first tank 31 through the connecting means 33.</p> |
