PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building equipment degradation diagnosis system by which diagnosis of building equipment such as piping to feed and drain water can be performed in an efficient, economic and easy manner so that early diagnosis is facilitated, enabling to extend the life of the equipment. SOLUTION: When the degradation state of an objective equipment is diagnosed, based on a diagnostic case database, by analyzing the initial diagnostic data of the objective equipment using a diagnostic processor 5, this building equipment degradation diagnosis system 100 selectively provides, through a telecommunication line 2, an unrequited service which provides the initial diagnostic result based on the initial diagnostic data, and a pay service which provides prediction diagnosis predicting the change at a later time based on the initial diagnostic result. |
