PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an alarm to be given to an operator under a suspended load at the vicinity of the ground by precisely receiving the light projected by a light projector even if the operator carries out the operation while looking down. SOLUTION: A light-receiving unit 2 for receiving the light projected by the first projector attached to the tip part of a boom of a crane is attached to a helmet H. The light-receiving unit 2 is attached through a standing state- keeping mechanism 3 so that a light-receiving face 22 always face upward. The alarm is given by an alarm device incorporated in the light-receiving unit 2 by receiving light L1 and L2 through the light-receiving face 22.
