A drain valve structure of an oil filter is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and improve productivity by forming a drain valve using two parts. A drain valve structure of an oil filter comprises an oil filter housing(11) having an oil inlet, an oil outlet and an oil discharge tube(80), a cover(12) and an oil filter element(13). The cover is screwed to an upper part of the oil filter housing to prevent oil leak. An upper cap(14) of the oil filter element is coupled to the cover. A drain valve including a guide(16) and a support pin(17) is coupled to a lower end of a lower cap(15). The guide and the support pin are coupled to the oil filter housing so that the oil filter element is supported by the support pin.
