GOLF BALL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a golf ball with less failure in manufacturing and excellent in durability by which a uniform and thinner cover can be molded, and the golf ball including the uniform and thinner cover of at least one or more layers each of which is 1 mm or less in thickness. SOLUTION: In molding the cover by injection or compression, the cover located around a core of the golf ball is made thicker than that of its completed article to machine the molded cover in a desired thickness. The above manufacturing provides the golf ball with a multi-layer structure which includes the uniform and thinner cove of at least one or more layers.
