摘要 The method provides stereo-microscopic representation of the microscopic object by a stereo image pair. Partial images of the stereo image pair are provided by a non-linear field depth extension of two parallactic piles of sectional views. Series of parallactic sectional views may be time multiplexed for stereo channel separation of the optical transmission path of the microscope used. To increase or reduce the transparency of a field depth extended image the field values are varied in dependence on their longitudinal position in the sectional view pile such that when the image is synthetically reconstructed using a weighting function, the image information are preferred or not according to their longitudinal position. The arrangement for carrying out the method has a mechanically switchable module in the beam path of the microscope to generate the parallactic image series. This enables alternating imaging of the object in both parallactic projection directions. The image series may be generated by a tilting adaptor. A prism etc. may be provided to correct the beam path.
