PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn a transmitted transmission message and transmission time later by storing them. SOLUTION: The transmission message is stored in a transmission message management memory 8 with the operation of a switch operation part 6. When it is converted into DTMF signal sound and is transmitted, time data of a clock control part 7 is stored in the area of the stored transmission message. It is stored at every transmission. When the transmission time of the prescribed transmission message is desired to be learnt, it is read out of the memory 8 with the switch operation, and the transmission messages and transmission time are sequentially displayed on a display part 10.
