PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetizing distribution calculation device which can calculates magnetizing distribution of a magnet using an existing multipurpose magnetic field calculation solver. SOLUTION: The magnetizing distribution calculation device calculates magnetizing distribution of a magnetic material when the magnetic field is impressed on the magnetic material and it is magnetized by a magnetic instrument, and has a calculation means for initial magnetizing process which divides the magnetic materials into finite elements, transient analysis is processed for elements which are not magnetized, when the magnetic field is impressed by the magnetic instrument, extracts the maximum magnetic field of each element, and calculates the maximum magnetizing point by each element according to the maximum magnetic field and the characteristic of the magnetic materials; and has a calculation means for residual magnetization which calculates the residual magnetization of each element according to the maximum magnetizing point of each element calculated from the calculation means for initial magnetizing process and the characteristic of the magnetic materials.
