<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactless IC tag allowing identification of an article with high accuracy by only a one-way electric wave transmitted from an identification device. <P>SOLUTION: This contactless IC tag has a spiral antenna formed on a flat surface.
