<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a method for prevention of contracting SARS. <P>SOLUTION: A fabric is soaked in soap water using a surfactant for which a sterilization effect against SARS is confirmed, and the fabric is superimposed on another fabric to form a mask.
