<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid ceramic nanosheet which has a structure formed by laminating ceramics each having a different composition and structure or is hybridized by mixing ceramics each having a different composition and structure in a molecular level and has 10-1,000 nm thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid ceramic nanosheet having a different structure between the surface and the end face is manufactured by giving the structure formed by laminating the ceramics each having the different composition and structure on a ceramic nanosheet obtained by a fluidized interfacial sol gel method or by controlling surface physical properties by the method of mixing the ceramics each having the different composition and structure in the molecular level to hybridize while strictly controlling the thickness to 10-1,000 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
