The present invention relates to a double-walled cosmetic container and a manufacturing method thereof, in which an inner container and an outer container are integrally blow-molded simultaneously. Conventional double-walled cosmetic containers are highly complicated to manufacture in that a coating process must be performed separately on the inner surface of the outer container, thereby increasing the production cost, and the manufacturing process tends to be environmentally-incompatible due to the use of various chemical products for the coating. To address such problems, the present invention provides a double-walled cosmetic container in which an outer container is formed outside an inner container to be filled with a cosmetic product material. In order for the inner container and the outer container to have the same melting point, an inner preform and an outer preform, which are made of the same type of synthetic resin, are heated simultaneously and expanded simultaneously by means of blow-molding, and thereby molded integrally. Accordingly, since the inner container and the outer container are integrally molded, the inner surface of the outer container can have the effect of being coated with the inner container, and therefore, the conventional coating process is no longer required. Further, since the manufacturing process is shortened and no longer requires the use of various chemical products, the present invention allows cosmetic containers to be manufactured in an environmentally-friendly manner. |
