SCROLL TYPE FLUID MACHINE

The scroll type fluid machine has an engaged stator scroll and rotary scroll in intermeshing relationship. Thses each have a spiral or scroll blade portion projecting in the axial direction from the lateral plate surface so that the rotary scroll may move in solar revolving motion with respect to the stator scroll mounted on a cup by the rotating motion of a main shaft. The rotating motion of the rotary scroll is restricted by a rotation stop, so that the fluid may operatively be sucked into and delivered out of the fluid machine with a differential pressure produced in continued variation. An angular phase relationship between the rotary scroll means and the stator scroll may be compensated properly by shifting in rotation.
