发明名称 METHOD FOR SENSING LOCATION OF BRUSHLESS MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a method for sensing the location of a brushless motor, by which the location of a magnetic pole can be sensed accurately without lowering the efficiency of the motor, and the motor is assembled easily, and further, the costs for assembling and manufacturing the motor are reduced. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 4 for exciting is provided in magnetization yokes. By making currents flow through coils, fluxes flow, and the permanent magnet 4 is magnetized in the direction of its plate thickness and partially in the direction orthogonal thereto. Therefore, the permanent magnet 4 for exciting is magnetized in its radial direction, and only its one-side axial- directional end face is brought into the same magnetic pole as its outer peripheral surface. Hall elements 11 are placed on a circle, which is concentric to the axial-directional end face of the permanent magnet 4 of a permanent magnet yoke, and sense the magnetic fluxes generated from the magnet, and thereby, sense the location of the magnetic pole.
