PURPOSE:To obtain a print recording device capable of printing/recording data in a directly visible form repeatedly on the same recording medium as well as a recording method. CONSTITUTION:A heat reversible recording medium 101 is introduced into a receiving part 102, and is heated using a constant temperature heating part 103 within a range of heat reversible inversion temperature with the concurrent action to transport the medium 101. Next, the medium is cooled below the range of heat reversible inversion temperature using a cooling part 109 to delete recorded print. After that, data is thermally printed on the medium using a thermal printing part 104 beyond the range of heat reversible inversion temperature. Finally the heat reversible recording medium 101 is discharged from a discharge part 106. |
