PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high conversion factor by providing a read amplifier composed of a first amplifier stage, capable of converting voltage deviations collected to diode terminals into current deviations, and second amplifier stage capable of reading to form the current deviations. SOLUTION: A read amplifier has a second amplifier stage II, capable of a voltage change collected to a first amplifier stage I composed of read diodes D into a contact change. A first stage I is formed by an nMOS transistor 4, and the current reading stage II is a base-grounded amplifier having an emitter grounded through a current source I4 and a collector connected to a power source VDD2 through a resistor R. The charge reading is expressed by the deviationΔVg of a voltage Vg which is fed to the gate of a transistor t4 and results in the deviationΔI of a current I flowing through the transistor T4.
