PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide road utilities capable of being installed inside of a tunnel improving a visual environment inside of the tunnel and greatly reducing the number of cleaning times as well as the simplification of cleaning for maintaining the visual environment. SOLUTION: The visual guidance system has a photocatalyst activated by ultraviolet rays and substance emitted by the ultraviolet rays, the substance emitted by irradiation of the ultraviolet rays is excited to improve the visual environment inside of the tunnel, the activated photocatalyst reveals oxidizing operation and hydrophilic operation, a contaminant is analyzed and, at the same time, the contaminant can be flushed out by only water washing. |
