PURPOSE: Integrated advanced wastewater treatment process and apparatus are provided in which the apparatus can be installed even at a small area, nitrogen and phosphorus as well as existing contaminants of BOD and SS can be treated by connecting anaerobic/non-oxygen/aerobic processes with a coagulation filter tank, and effluence of stable quality can be obtained without technical experts. CONSTITUTION: The integrated advanced wastewater treatment apparatus is characterized in that an anoxic tank(5) and an anaerobic tank(4) are arranged in the orderly manner subsequently to a screen and grit chamber(2) and flow equalization tanks(3) along a direction in which wastewater inflow is discharged after being finally treated, and aeration tanks(6), precipitation tanks(7), filtered raw water supply tank(8), a sand filter(9), a disinfecting and discharging tank(10), a sludge concentration tank(16) and a sludge storage tank(17) are arranged in the orderly manner at the back side of the anaerobic tank(4), wherein the anaerobic tank(4) is equipped with wastewater distributing devices(B) for equally distributing wastewater into underwater microorganisms, sludge distributing devices(A) capable of controlling the amount of microorganisms inside the anaerobic tank(4) and the anoxic tank(5) are installed at the precipitation tanks(7) so as to cope with the change of effluence quality of nitrogen and phosphorus, the sludge distributing devices(A) are equipped with airlift type pumps using air dynamic lift, and the screen and grit chamber(2), flow equalization tanks(3), sludge concentration tank(16) and sludge storage tank(17) are arranged to one side so that they are connected to an exhaust duct, thereby effectively performing the deodorization.
