PURPOSE: A thin-film type notifying apparatus is provided to offer direct stimulation to a skin of a user and conveniently to be worn to the user. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(202) forms an external shape of a thin-film type notifying apparatus(200), and internal composition elements are formed on the substrate(202). A signal processing unit(250) generates a certain notifying signal in case that a certain event is generated. An elastic modifying layer(204) responds to the notifying signal and is elastically modified at a certain distance in a direction to recede from the substrate(202). A stimulation member(206) is formed on the elastic modifying layer(204) and is protruded to an external portion.
